Our wood pellet mills are applied to crude fiber granulation such as sawdust,rice husk,cotton stalk,cotton seed hull,weeds and all kinds of crop straw,home wastage,the worn out plastic and the factory reject,the material of low adhesion rate,difficult to form.The combustion rate of the pellets are raised several times than the raw materials.

The density of pellets is 0.9-1.4.

The technology we are using was adopted from Germany.Through continuous improvement of innovation,we have successfully invented Taper-shape roller series flat die pellet mills which avoids dislocation friction between the rollers and the moulders.Then reduce the resistance and accordingly reducing the energy consumption,the lifetime of dies are enlarged.

This kind of flat-die pellet mill can be also used for biological fertilizer,organic fertilizer ,compound fertilizer and also the animal feed.

The specifications as follows are just for the wood,sawdust pellet making,when they are used for making fertilzer or feed,the capacities will be doubled or three times.
